Really nice 2 bedroom loft apartment with new modern fixtures and furnishings. Apartment was very clean and kitchen was fully equipped and included complimentary coffee pods. Bedrooms were spacious and the small rooftop patio area was an added bonus to sit out and enjoy the nice weather. Beds were really comfortable. Great location. The property manager was quick to respond to all questions.
There nothing I disliked about this property. There was a bit of a miscommunication about where to enter the building as it is not directly off Queen Street (entrance is around the corner thru an alleyway). But the property manager answered my call immediately and even stayed on the phone with me as I walked around the back to the entrance. He apologized as the text with those details did not seem to get thru to me.
The loft is up 2 flights of stairs which is noted in the description. Just note that they are quite steep. Not a problem for us, but may be for some with mobility issues.
One of the bedrooms does face Queen Street so there is street noise which could disrupt sleep. But that is to be expected in the big city. A set of earplugs easily solved that problem.

It’s super clean and deluxe from inside
but I won’t recommend it for students location very bad I have spent one noisy bad night from neighbors around the brick hotel ( not hotel it self )
