The vacation home is located in the southern part of the town of Krakow am See, in the “Ferienidyll” vacation home community, right on Lake Krakow.
The 76 m² vacation home has been completely remodeled and renovated. It offers plenty of space for four people
and consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a shower/
toilet and sauna, as well as an additional small guest restroom with a sink.
It features a garden with a lake view, a terrace with seating, lounge chairs, and a grill.
A canoe is also available for use.

The cozy living room features a couch, table, flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, and a fireplace for
quiet, relaxing moments.
The open-concept kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, oven, and a seating area with a dining table for various meals. The
bedroom 1 is located on the first floor and features a double bed, and from the hallway, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is another bedroom with a double bed and a loft with a reading nook and a large window offering a direct view of Lake Krakow.
The modern, bright bathroom on the first floor, featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, towel warmer, and
floor heating leaves nothing to be desired. An additional guest restroom is located on the upper floor. But the highlight of the
high-quality vacation home is the separately built-in sauna in the bathroom for relaxing moments.
Furthermore, the open property features a furnished terrace, a canoe available for use, and a public dock in the immediate vicinity.
