My first room assignment was unacceptable; there was a very strong mildew-like odor. I informed the front desk, and was given a room across the hall that was perfectly fine. No issues other than that. I was given a late check out time that really helped me out on my final day, and the front desk staff received a couple Amazon packages for me. All in all, a very good two nights in Roanoke. Thank you.

Breakfast was better than average. Good selection of cold and hot foods. Beds were extremely comfortable.
The bathroom lighting could have been better.

The breakfast was really good and the pool was nice
The fridge in my room was soooo unbearably loud. And it was sporadic, It would wake me up at random points in the night.
