Welcome to The Artful Stay, a newly renovated entire home in Pittsburgh’s Mexican War Streets. Enjoy three bedrooms, a bathroom for every bedroom, a spacious kitchen, and comfortable places to gather. Maximum seven guests.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Room 1, second floor: one queen bed and a private full bathroom with a large shower. Room 2, second floor: one queen bed and a private full bathroom with a large shower. Room 3, third floor: one queen bed, one twin bed, and a private full bathroom with a bathtub. There are three full bathrooms inside the bedrooms and one half bathroom on the first floor. The washer and dryer are in the downstairs half bathroom. All bedrooms are upstairs; stairs are required. The property is not wheelchair accessible. There is no indoor fireplace. A living-room sofa bed is available with the whole-house reservation, but the maximum occupancy remains seven.

KITCHEN AND LIVING AREAS
Prepare meals in the spacious open kitchen with automatic lighting, a stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and cooking utensils. Relax in cozy seating areas and the TV lounge at the back of the house.

LAUNDRY AND GUEST ACCESS
The washer and dryer are available for guests to operate themselves. Your group has exclusive use of the home’s guest bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, and laundry during the reservation; these indoor areas are not shared with other traveling parties. A crib is available on request; confirm availability before arrival.

PARKING AND ARRIVAL
Free street parking is available nearby, subject to availability and posted restrictions. No space is reserved or guaranteed, and there is no on-site parking. Check-in is from 2 p.m. until midnight on the scheduled arrival date (Pittsburgh local time); early check-in is not permitted. Checkout is by 11 a.m. If delayed, contact the host through Vrbo messages before midnight. Guests who have not arrived by midnight will be treated as no-shows; reservation issues are handled through Vrbo. Please check reservation messages for entry instructions before arrival.

EXPLORE PITTSBURGH
Randyland is on the same block, and the Mattress Factory is within walking distance. Plan visits to downtown, PNC Park, Acrisure Stadium, and the Andy Warhol Museum using current maps; travel times vary with routes, traffic, and events.

HOST ASSISTANCE
Contact your host through Vrbo messages for questions or local suggestions. Optional paid airport pickups, drop-offs, and local rides may be arranged with your host, subject to availability. Confirm the destination, timing, and price in advance. Transportation is not included in the accommodation price.

HOUSE RULES AND CAMERAS
No parties or events, indoor smoking or vaping, or illegal drugs. Please respect neighbors. Exterior cameras monitor the front entry/porch and driveway/sidewalk area, and rear entry/backyard access points.
