Welcome to the newly renovated “SonnenZeit” vacation rental in the Schwarzenbach neighborhood of Lohberg. This bright, modern 89 m² apartment can accommodate up to four people, plus an extra bed in the children’s room. A southwest-facing terrace and two balconies invite you to relax. You’ll find a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and tub. Its quiet location, parking, and storage room make it the ideal starting point for nature and active vacations in the Bavarian Forest. Our cozy, newly furnished vacation apartment in Lohberg is situated in a wonderfully quiet location and offers a great place to feel at home, unwind, and enjoy yourself. The apartment is located in 93470 Lohberg, Schwarzenbach district—a little away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature in an apartment building—and can accommodate up to 5 people. A particular highlight is the approximately 25 m² southwest-facing terrace with a view of the local mountain, the Osser, where you can relax wonderfully and enjoy the evening sun after an eventful day. There are also two balconies: one facing east, ideal for your first cup of coffee in the morning sun, and one facing south, which gets sun almost all day long.During your stay, you’ll have free and unlimited access to the Osserbad in Lam—a year-round family pool complex with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and sauna. Inside, we’ve furnished everything with great attention to detail—bright, welcoming, and modern, yet cozy and homey. The kitchen is fully equipped and even includes a Thermomix with cookbooks. It was important to us that our guests feel right at home from the very first moment. There’s plenty of space for couples, families, or friends who want to spend a wonderful time together in the Bavarian Forest. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, biking, skiing—both alpine and cross-country—and exploring—whether it’s a hike up the Großer Arber, a climb up our local mountain, the Osser, a stroll through the Bavarian Forest National Park, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. We look forward to welcoming everyone who appreciates nature and tranquility—and we warmly welcome you to our little piece of home in Lohberg! Check-in is available between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Check-out is between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Key pickup: In person or, alternatively, via a key safe. Tourism tax: Adults 16 and older: 1.00 euro/day; Children/teens 6–15 years: 0.50 euro/day; Children 0–5 years: free; 100% disability: free; Business travelers: free. Pets are not allowed.
