About this apartment rental
Ski-in/ski-out, a real ** Coup de coeur ** which has become the dream of our little family, this apartment located in the center of the resort of Val-thorens and completely renovated in autumn 2025 will offer you great comfort during your stay. Located in the Slalom district, you will be close to the life of the resort while being in a quieter part. Thanks to our privileged access through the basement, you will have direct access to the slopes. It is located on the 6th and last floor of the residence.
Family apartment for 4 people located close to shops/restaurants comprising:
- a living room/kitchen/dining area, facing South, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountain and the ski slopes.PGJyPg�PGJyPg- a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower.PGJyPgPGJyPg
- a bedroom with two bunk beds 80 x 190 (standard in force: top bed forbidden to children under 6 years old)
- a bedroom with a large double bed 160 X 200 with two cupboards/wardrobe and a small balcony facing North offering you a view of the village.
a very comfortable sofa bed (160 X 200, thick mattress).
A ski locker located in the basement of the residence allowing you direct access to the slopes.

The **cleaning fees** and **linen costs** include:
- end-of-stay cleaning (excluding clean and tidy kitchen, empty bins at your expense)
- beds are made on arrival, towels, shower mat and dish towels.
A welcome kit will be at your disposal on arrival (sponge, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bag, dishwasher tablet)
In order to guarantee the serenity of all, the use of the sheets provided is mandatory, under penalty of additional costs being charged by the concierge.
In the apartment it is forbidden: to smoke, vape, to come with pets, to ride with your skis/ski boots (snowboard) and to make noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
