About this house rental
This summer house, built in 2020, is situated on the East Jutland coast near the child-friendly Grenå Strand. The house is nestled in a picturesque landscape, a short walk from a sandy beach through beautiful countryside and woodland. The house, built with high-quality materials and attention to detail, can accommodate up to 24 people. The property is divided into three separate sleeping quarters with nine bedrooms, making it ideal for multiple families or for separating adults and children. It also features two lofts, one for sleeping and another for entertainment. The house has four bathrooms, two travel cots, and two high chairs for young children. The spacious kitchen/living area, equipped with two of each major appliance, opens onto a terrace. The house also features a wood-burning stove for added warmth. For entertainment, the house boasts a pool room with a 20 m2 pool, a whirlpool, and a sauna. An activity room offers games like table football, billiards, table tennis, darts, and a PlayStation 4, along with a home bar. Outdoor amenities include a trampoline, swing set with slide, football nets, and a partially covered terrace with garden furniture, two kettle barbecues, and a wood-fired pizza oven. The house is pet-friendly, allowing up to two pets, and also provides charging sockets for electric cars. The town of Grenå, with its shopping and dining options, is nearby.
