This property was exactly as advertised! Very charming and completely updated with a clean, modern feel that was also comfortable, inviting, and sparkling clean. Even the landscaping was beautiful. We loved the private backyard with sofas, fire pit, and hot tub, which we used very night. The hosts even provided bikes w/locks, a cooler, beach towels, chairs, and beach toys! This was a quiet residential area and even though there was another group in the adjoining unit we didn't hear any noise. There is ample street parking. I think it was under a mile to through the neighborhood to shops and restaurants, and we enjoyed walking. We could have walked to the beach as well but preferred to drive while carrying chairs, etc. The hosts were exceptional and prompt communicators and even brought us batters for the AC remote when they died. We appreciated the very detailed instructions and recommendations. Thank you for a great stay!

The unit is absolutely adorable. The space worked great for 4 of us. The kitchen has great storage and plenty of counter space. It had everything we needed. The back yard is a great place to relax and we used the hot tub several times. The units washer and dryer made it so convenient to not have to bring a lot of clothes. There is plenty of nice quality bath and beach towels. The shed was filled with many things you may need to go to the beach or recreation in general. The owner Janet was very easy to reach with when we had a few questions. The area felt safe and was 3 minutes from the coast highway and the was beach had easy access. Easily walkable if you aren’t carrying too much. Lots of fun shops and restaurants are also on the coast highway.My daughter went to Disneyland and it was less than 1 hour to arrive there in the morning and 40 minutes at 10:30 PM. We definitely will stay there again.
