The property owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. He addressed all our inquiries within minutes, and resolved all concerns on the spot. The apartment was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The location was also convenient.

This property boasts an outstanding location in the heart of London, providing excellent convenience that saves both time and money on transit. However, there are a few areas for improvement worth noting:
Security: The main door currently relies on a single lock. Installing an additional interior deadbolt or chain would provide guests with greater peace of mind.
Bathroom Fixtures: The bathroom shows visible signs of wear and tear. Updating the hardware—specifically the shower mixer and faucet—would greatly elevate the space.
Overall, the property is very well-serviced and offers a great experience. Despite these minor issues, I would gladly stay here again.
I would respectfully suggest two upgrades for future guests: adding a secondary internal lock to the front door for enhanced security,
And refreshing the bathroom fixtures (shower mixer, faucet, etc.)

Quiet location in central London
A bit ramshackle - there was an extra unplugged washing machine in the lounge, heaters and fans stacked in the corner and the television didn’t work. When we arrived at 3pm the washing machine was on a 2.5 hour cycle meaning we couldn’t rest in the afternoon due to the noise. There was duck tape holding tiles on the walls in the bathroom and the fixtures were very old and in need of updating. The flat itself was in a quiet area for London.
