Location!
Unfortunately, my experience was not great. I can actually relate to some of the concerns raised in the previous guest review.
Cleanliness: The property was averagely clean, however there was a wet, unpleasant-smelling towel left in the wardrobe, which appeared to have been missed by the cleaners.
Supplies: Supplies were very limited. For a four-night stay, we were provided with only one toilet roll per person and there was no washing powder for the washing machine. There were also no kitchen tea towels or sponges provided.
Bathroom: The shower was average and the shower head really needs replacing.
Bed: The bed was advertised as a king size bed, but it was actually a double bed. The bed and pillows were also only average in comfort.
Towels: We were provided with only one bath towel and hand towel each for a four-night stay.
Advertised amenities: Unfortunately, several things advertised with the property were not provided or were not available during our stay. There was no champagne on arrival as advertised, no working desk, and no clothes dryer. (Clothes rack was available)
The host was helpful in providing information during our stay and was very responsive to my messages. However, when I contacted her regarding basic needs such as additional toilet paper and washing powder, I was directed to a store where I could purchase these myself.
After I communicated my concerns, the host asked me not to leave a negative review and said that she would address these issues internally moving forward. I did consider not mentioning anything negative in my review, but I personally rely heavily on honest guest reviews when choosing accommodation, so I feel it is important to share my experience accurately and fairly.
I hope the feedback is taken constructively and that these issues are addressed for future guests.

We had a great stay. Giulia was very pleasant, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The accommodation is in a perfect location, making it very easy to explore Rome on foot. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The place is very central, Spacious and super clean. equipped with all needed for a comfortable stay.
Exactly as in photos.
The air conditioner is a life saver!!
Julia is very helpful throughout the stay. We recommend this place highly.
The entrance to the apartment was a bit of a challenge. But as said, Julia walked us through it.

Location was great. If you need a full kitchen it’s available with all appliances. AC in both rooms. Quiet apartment.
We booked this in part because it’s advertised as two beds (one sofa bed). When we arrived there was a stain on the sofa bed and no bedding for it. We located one sheet and pillows but the sheet had stains too. Reached out to host who told us it would be 18€ to have bedding for the sofa bed and that the sofa bed is only given bedding if 3 people book. The sink in bathroom was clogged and smelled terrible. The window in the bathroom has a screen that is ripped and wasps got in the apartment. WiFi was slow and we tried to ask if there was a faster option but we were told that “the WiFi was working recently” with no other explanation. We were not watching videos. Just trying to look up places to eat dinner at. No dish towels for kitchen. Drawer in bathroom was broke and wouldn’t close. Host said she thought dish towels were somewhere in the apartment but weren’t. Said she was aware of broken drawer. Door to apartment was extremely difficult to open each time. It was very disappointing overall.
