Superb location, river frontage and in heart of Pooley Bridge yet quiet at night. Well equipped cosy

Location excellent, views and ambience great. Parking was a bonus (it's not guaranteed but shares 2 spaces with adj cottage) well equipped

Heating was set at 16 degrees which we found a bit cold and couldn't master the overrides on the individual radiators. Jacuzzi was wood fired and we used quite a lot of wood getting temperature up. But I appreciate it has no mains gas and when I rang to query how to operate the jacuzzi the owner answered phone immediately and was very friendly.

cottage was in a very quiet lane and secluded from the main road. Beautiful garden with river at the bottom. Good size bedrooms. well apointed kitchen. loved the soft lighting and comfy sofa !! great to have 2 shower rooms aswell

had a slight problem with the hot water and using the booster for 4 showers. but we worked it out by day 3

Fabulous cottage

Great location, lovely cottage, the garden was superb. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day exploring. The cottage was well presented and clean, everything you needed was supplied, comfy beds and thick towels. Highly recommend 10/10, thank you!
