Our stay was uncomfortable and inconvenient. Many of the problems could be easily addressed by a more attentive host.
Looks like the pictures. Clean and spacious.
We had many issues with this apartment.
Difficult access: The key for the apartment was inside an electronic lockbox with a 9-digit code that was attached to the apartment doorknob. This key was attached to the interior of the lockbox with a chain and you couldn’t take it with you when you entered or exited the apartment. I had to get down on my knees (to read the dim lockbox display) and enter a 9-digit code every time I entered or exited the apartment. It was incredibly inconvenient.
Very hard mattresses: We found the beds to be very hard and uncomfortable. My hip still hurts from the mattress and I’ve never had that happen anywhere else.
No blankets for beds: The host failed to supply any blankets or duvets for the beds. There was a top sheet but that was it. I checked every closet and dresser in search of a blanket. The weather was cool at the end of our stay and this was a major omission.
Cheap bath towels: The supplied towels were the flimsiest microfiber towels I’ve ever encountered. I use microfiber for washing my car and dusting my home but they are not appropriate for a bathing towel. They feel terrible on the skin but were the only towels supplied.
No toiletries: The listing description on Booking.com made no mention of this, but the only supplied toiletry item was the tiniest bar of hand soap you’ve ever seen. I was able to find a listing for this apartment on AirBnB and they disclosed the lack of toiletries there, but not on the listing for Booking.com. We had to go shopping for soap and shampoo.
Hard to use kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and has good appliances but was equipped with a single small frying pan with a heavily damaged nonstick coating. There were a couple of large pots but the lack of a decent frying pan was a problem. The only supplied food item in the kitchen was salt, so plan to buy every single thing you need if you want to cook.
