Good value for money

Welcoming host! Santiago is a very interesting character and you can exchange with him easily. He is available at anytime to support you with anything you need. The little dog is very chilled, cute and quiet. I loved the neighbourhood, you have everything you need. Casa de Xi Xi down the building for a cheap breakfast. 2 supermarkets. Bus lines. And thousand of diner options around the corner. Wifi works well. You have a fan in the room. Funny elevator ;-)

As you can see on the picture the room is very small. The bed is moving a little bit. All ok for a short stay though.

Great location and wonderful host

Great location, close to shops and cafés. Santiago was top notch! Such a warm, friendly and helpful host, with a fantastic sense of humour. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome and not to mention, he literally saved my life! Thank you again Santiago, for everything! I truly appreciate your kindness and will always remember my stay!

Welcoming host . Good for solo travellers and friend’s in this price .

Host is welcoming and is always available . Very close to Good cafes and bus station. Kitchen is available. Dog is friendly but you need to be around him for the first time so that he can welcome you later. :) Host can speak English .

Apartment is old but it’s clean as shown in pictures. Bed can be upgraded as it moves during night if you move . Far from city Center and beach but approachable will bus. Bus can take you anywhere in city . Overall everything is good .

Simple pleasant stay in the wonderful local area

Well, according to the description ( in the beginning I was expected to stay in a private studio apartment and write ( I am a freelance actress & an author ), instead I ended up in the private apartment with an owner with & his little pet ( a tiny dog ) Shared facilities were fare, the room was rather small but comfy. The exact apartment is situated in the highest floor of the building, so, In case if You have any of heart issues and the elevator could has suddenly stopped working You might end up in a perplexing situation ;) The host is polite and attentive, talkative, speaks some English. You can used a kitchen facilities upon request. There are super nice local cafes and restaurants around this peaceful and at the same time quite infrastructural area. So You can still take a late night bus from the beach ( 99 ) and safely comeback home. My room was an unlocked room. So if You are fine to stay in the shared space with an owner and other guests it could be a pocket-friendly place in the sun för a night or two. There is a WiFi in the apartment. I went out in the morning and returned very late so I didn’t get a chance to use it, but overall, everything went smoothly well! Very open-minded and friendly were local people around. The area is worth to visit, no touristy, super authentic in the local Valencia way.
