I really loved the entire atmosphere and authentic experience felt. To the place having so much fun things to do, like the gaming room, to the nice view from the rooftop, and how no matter where you walk to outside, there is always something to see and check out. The place is near so many different kinds of entertainment, restaurants, culture, and history.
I didn’t like how most of the stuff didn’t work correctly or how fragile some of the stuff was in the house. The hot tub wouldn’t heat up, we tried to turn it off for 15 minutes, turn it back on, and then leave the bubbles on to reheat itself, but it still stayed at a cold temperature. Then the sliding keeps on coming off the rails, even while we would slowly and gently slide it. As well as the shower, the screw easily came off from the door and the pull string to balance the water flow easily came off, even when you do it slowly or gently.

The house itself is nice, with a rooftop, sundeck, and pool. The kitchen and living room are spacious, and the property has some great features.
Unfortunately, the surrounding area was not what I had hoped for, and my experience was significantly affected by safety concerns. There were many homeless people in the area, and on my first day, police cars were parked one block away while people were loudly arguing and blocking the street with their cars.
The most concerning incident happened on my last night. A man who appeared to be under the influence of drugs was sitting in the front yard and attempted to enter the house. He opened the front door and tried to enter a code into the smart lock. I contacted the property management for assistance, but the only advice I received was to call 911. I felt unsafe enough that I decided to leave the accommodation that same evening and book a hotel closer to the airport.
I subsequently requested a price reduction due to the incident and having to relocate, but my request was declined.
While the house itself has some lovely features, I believe the safety concerns and the lack of meaningful assistance from the property management need to be taken into consideration. As a solo traveller, I would not recommend this accommodation, as I did not feel safe staying there, particularly after dark.
