The apartment is situated in a very quiet and calm location in comparison to other location near central area of Athens.
It is sparkling clean.
The directions to access the key of the apartment was perfect and it was a breeze to check in by myself.
All the amenities was there in the apartment as expected.
Sepolia metro station is only 600 meters away.
The microwave oven was a bit hard to handle as the door of the oven needed to press with a bang to get the swiches acting.
The location is a bit far from chosen dining options as you have to walk a bit to enter a good restaurant.
The supply of shower gels was not adequate in bathroom.
There should be more power plug points in the living room.

Spotless, new, and quiet (rather rare for Athens !), a 15-minute walk from Larissa station, yet in a nice area without the “rail-station” atmosphere.
Owner/contact person very reactive (dining information and useful tips).
Very good choice when travelling through Larissa station (especially now with the direct link to the Airport in addition to Piraeus).
Nothing to point out.
Just this info : If you wish to be super central (Plaka, Sintagma, Monastiraki) definitely not within short walking distance.

The furniture (mattress!) and kitchen equipment were quite new . However, not all basics were included and I had to ask for each item individually. A kind and responsive manager eventually supplied everything I needed, not immediately, though.
The listing was pretty misleading. It shows photos of all the apartments in the building, not just the apartment you are actually booking. So based on the photos, I was expecting a quite different and much better apartment, particularly one with access to the roof terrace. The actual apartment category was somewhere in the fine print during the booking process — and yes, once you know how the listing works, you can make sense of it, but that wasn’t clear to me beforehand.
When I raised the issue, I was offered the possibility of cancelling what was supposedly a non-refundable booking as a gesture of courtesy. The night before arrival, when finding a comparable alternative would have been difficult — well, thanks.
The apartment itself is new and fresh, which is good, but it initially lacked some fairly basic things, including some I had explicitly asked about beforehand. Several of these were provided later after I asked again.
