Gros potentiel pour ce logement mais l’annonce devrait être plus précise et la priorité doit être donnée a la remise en

Belle bâtisse, beau jardin, prestations intéressantes. Le propriétaire nous a donné de bons conseils de visites alentours.

- logement globalement très sombre - Il serait bon de mentionner dans l’annonce que le propriétaire vit sur place. Ça évitera toute confusion à la lecture de l’annonce. - Sérieux problème électrique. Électricité qui saute très régulièrement, nous avons dû trouver le tableau électrique par nous même et devions constamment réenclencher le plomb qui sautait. Le proprietaire nous a expliqué que nous ne devions pas mettre trop de chauffage en même temps que nous mettions la lumière. Ce qui, en plus d’être innaceptable, est très embêtant lorsque la température du logement dépasse à peine les 15/16 degrés à notre arrivée. L’installation ne semble pas aux normes. Les branchements dans la maison sont inquiétants: des multiprises sur des multiprises, des prises qui se détachent du mur / support. - Pas de TV. Nous avions heureusement prévu une tablette. - Au bout de trois jours nous n’avions plus d’Internet et le propriétaire nous a expliqué que c’était dû à une multiprise tombée dans de l’eau . - Pas de chauffage en arrivant: le logement n’avait pas été chauffé avant notre arrivée. Nous avons eu du mal à chauffer la pièce principale pendant tout le séjour. Avec deux enfants ce n’était pas l’idéal. - Propreté : Des toiles d’araignées très présentes dans toute la maison. Nous sommes dans une période où les araignées entrent dans les maisons, donc si les toiles déjà présentes avaient pu être enlevées avant notre arrivée, cela aurait été fortement apprécié. - Pas d’aspirateur. - Piscine et jacuzzi: propreté moyenne, notamment ce que nous prenions pour un tas de terre au fond de la piscine était en fait un tas d’insectes. pas utilisable après 19:00 (horaires d’utilisation signalées à notre arrivée et non sur l’annonce) Pas de linge de bain dédiés à la piscine, nous avons acheté nos propres draps de bain.
