This small 20 m² studio, recently renovated, is the perfect base for those who want to experience Milan up close... indeed, very close: the Darsena dei Navigli is right in front of you! Ideal for a young couple or two friends looking for an authentic experience in the most vibrant area of the city.
The studio, on 2 levels, is located on the third floor (with elevator) of a typical Milanese building with a balcony, from which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the city and the Navigli canals: the perfect place for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset.
Inside you will find a single welcoming and functional environment with a suggestive loft room. The apartment, fully air conditioned, consists of a living area and an equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine), table for two, an armchair and a cot that can be used as a second bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
Accessibility note: The mezzanine is low in height and the last three steps of the staircase are vertical. To ensure maximum comfort and safety, the studio is ideal for young, dynamic guests with good mobility .
