The entrance is through a private balcony, where you will find a relaxing hammock to rest or read a good book, as well as a practical laundry room equipped with a washing machine and sink. The environment is always clean, safe, and airy, located on the first floor for your complete comfort. Inside, the main bedroom has a comfortable double bed, equipped with always sanitized linens. We provide bath and face towels. For your entertainment and productivity, the studio has a 32-inch Smart TV with access to Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and Netflix, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi for your work or studies. A ceiling fan with exhaust/ventilation control ensures the ideal climate, plus a second portable fan, and for cold days, a warm shower (save water... haha). Full Kitchen: The charming and functional kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, sink, cabinets, and all essential utensils within easy reach.
