Terrible.
Nothing. Owner cancelled the booking 1,5 hr before arrival.
There is nothing to like about this booking. First, we received the key codes. Then, 1.5 hours before the agreed arrival time, the booking was cancelled by the owner without any explanation.
To make up for it, he sent us to another location he owns. We also received codes for that place, but after entering through the main entrance, we couldn’t get any further. And the owner calls that making it right. The audacity this man has is unbelievable.
Never book this location.

False advertisement and bad host
This is basically a false advertising with photos pampered by AI in my opinion. Let’s start with the access. I received codes to access the building and the room. The code to the building wasn’t working and after trying a few times, walking around the building to see if maybe there are another doors, I contacted the host who hasn’t picked up the phone or responded to my messages until I called booking.com 30 min later. The host then stated that I’m at the wrong door and only attempted fixing the issue when I sent them the photo of the doors I was trying to open. They then sent me a photo of the app with the door codes saying that the code is active and the start date a minute earlier… No apologies, nothing! I was tired after driving all day, barely squeezed through very narrow gate, (I drive a Mini One so not the biggest car so anything bigger than that could be a real problem), and then couldn’t get in and it was already getting dark outside, and the host didn’t even bother to say sorry and blamed me for being at the wrong doors without even asking which doors I’m trying to access! I didn’t really care about the facilities, I was staying for one night and just wanted the bed and the bathroom, but the experience of staying here was so stressful to me I think it’s fair to let others know that facilities described in the advert are not there.
Free toiletries - hand soap, that’s it.
The bathroom was dusty with lumps of dust on the floor and no shower curtain. It also wasn’t the bathroom on the photos. I found the bathroom from the photos on the way out on the ground floor and it was similar to the one in the photos but after a photoshop.
The view was to the main road, not garden or inner courtyard and certainly not lake. I was woken up at 6:40 by a bin lorry emptying enormous street containers right outside the window. Which of course is not something the owner can change but they could be truthful in the ad.
Outdoor - terrace and garden - not at this property.
