We went in the hot tub every night

It was so nice and quiet which was lovely, the decking was secluded which was nice when in the hot tub

Due to weather the wifi didn’t work but it wasn’t to bad

Beware. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Its super close to perranporth.

After saying I wouldn't stay here again I thought I'd give the place the benefit of the doubt considering last time everything was good apart from rude staff. This time was even worse! Apartment wasnt cleaned properly beds were damp flooring and cupboards need replacing due to going to rot. Main reason for visiting was obviously the use of the hot tub ... First night didn't work properly so I rang up and spoke to (I think the same rude person I got the last time) stated I doubt anyone will come out tonight just for a broken jet but someone will have a look tomorrow when they do there checks. Tomorrow evening came went to go in the hot tub again and it wasn't working at all practically paid over £300 for a luke warm bath. I emailed no response. During that night we realised the radiators don't work in the bedrooms and the nozzle off one is missing so we was all very cold that night. following day I shown the video to a member of staff to prove the hot tub wasn't working at all. He stated contact management and request some compensation which I did when returned home. I spoke to a woman on the phone who said I can offer 15% which I wasn't happy about - she stated we can offer more but I'd have to speak to someone higher up so I said that's fine in mean time I will contact booking.com . When I spoke to booking.com they came back to me after speaking with the property they said the property said they will not refund any more than 15% which was obviously lies and not what I was told when I rang them. Beware of this overpriced place who have zero customer service care!!!
