Very clean, staff was nice.
A few little annoyances: for the duration of time we stayed at the hotel, we did not request the room to be cleaned. That said, we hung the do not disturb hanger on the door and every time we opened the door it fell off - 30 to 40 times. Need to redesign those door hangers! No luggage stand. Had to us a chair and table to stage our suitcases.

Muy limpio y cómodo, es muy amplio el cuarto y el baño, te dan una bienvenida muy especial y el personal es muy amable, te regalan agua cuando entras lo cual fue un alivio después de un largo vuelo

The bed was comfortable and the staff was excellent.
The shuttle stops running at 11:30pm. My flight was delayed, so I had to pay $40 for a taxi to the hotel. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low. It took a long time to shower. The breakfast was mostly processed food, so I choose not to eat anything there.
