The apartment building is old itself, but it is clean and tidy inside. Modern, clean & tidy, many facilities like a home. Good location.
The instruction on key collection is no good. And, no signs to find which room in building.

The apartment was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. It was clean, and we really appreciated the little workspace. The location was great, close to the metro, with plenty of good restaurants and cafés nearby. Well-equipped, stylish apartment in a great location. We really appreciated that it was on a quiet street away from the busy tourist areas. We definitely recommend it for a stay in Lisbon!
The bed was a little smaller than a standard double bed. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, and the AC in the living room does not cool the bedroom enough when it is very hot outside.

Wir hatten die Wohnung für insgesamt für 11 Nächte gebucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wirklich sehr gute Ausgestattung der Küche, bis auf einen Sieb hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Es gab sogar Back- und Auflaufformen, der Backofen hat eine integrierte Mikrowelle, es gibt einen Toaster und Kaffeemaschine, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Aber auch ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Staubsauer und alles anderem, was man im eigenen Haushalt auch hat. Der fehlende Föhn wurde umgehend vorbeigebracht, da gab es nichts zu meckern.
Die Fernster des Schlafzimmers sind zum Innenhof, wenn irgendwann alle schlafen ist es wirklich sehr ruhig und man wird vom Vogelgezwitscher geweckt.
Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir gut, sonst bekommt man zu diesem Preis nur Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbädern. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß und wie bereits geschrieben, wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet.
Man ist zu Fuß in 30 Minuten im Zentrum, in der Nähe gibt es aber ausreichend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Wichtigste zuerst! Die Parkplatzsituation ist wirklich furchtbar und das Parken in der Straße, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, nur Bewohnern mit einem entsprechendem Parkausweis erlaubt. Wir hatten das portugiesische Hinweisschild nicht verstanden und hatten am ersten Morgen bereits eine Kralle am Auto. Obwohl die Ordnungshüter noch da waren als wir zum Auto kamen, musste wir für das Entfernen der Kralle 147 € bezahlen. In anderen Straßen ist das Parken gegen eine Gebühr möglich, von 19-9 Uhr kann man dann kostenlos parken. Kostenloses Parken haben wir ansonsten nirgends gefunden und das obwohl die Wohnung nun wirklich nicht in Zentrumsnähe ist.
Nun zu Wohnung:
Das Bett fanden wir mit 140cm für 2 Erwachsene etwas zu klein. Da es ausreichend Platz für ein größeres Bett gibt ist das eigentlich ein unnötiger Abzugspunkt im Komfort. Für uns war die Matratze zu weich.
Die Wohnung ist in der ersten Etage, in der Nähe der Eingangstür. Sie ist etwas hellhörig, so dass man jeden, der rein und rausgeht, mitbekommt. Uns hat das nicht weiter gestört da es nicht bis ins Schlafzimmer durchdringt.
