AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DISGRACEFUL.

The booking was acknowledged straightaway; the check in time (1800) also agreed. But no access instructions were sent and nobody was at the property when we arrived and none of our WhatsApp’s or emails via booking.com were answered and phone went straight to ansaphone and never called back. booking.com did their best to help but they could not get an answer either. Still no contact or apology.

Great location, needs work

The apartment is in an excellent location - right at the top of the funicular into Citta Alta, and walking distance from all of the beautiful sights up there. The apartment itself is a cool space, with a loft bedroom and good kitchen.

We are generally very easygoing about our accomm as long as it's comfy and in a good location, but this apartment needs a lot of work to be functional. The power sockets are mostly the older style, thin three pronged Italian sockets. However, the fans provided by the accommodation are the standard, two pronged European style which do not fit. The owner let us know that these often get stolen but they did not have time to get a replacement for us, so we had to go and buy our own to make sure we had enough plugs to charge our devices/have the fans on. There was also a piece of metal sticking out of one outlet. Light switches around the apartment were flimsy and broken - when trying to switch on the bathroom light the switch pushed right through into the wall. There is a lamp in the bathroom which is the only light source so this must have been a known issue. In the middle of the night, I also rolled over in the bed and the slats fell clean through the frame of bed. It was easy to fix, but feels like that shouldn't be something that happens so easily On top of this, I also accidentally left my Airpods behind and the team have been hard to get hold of to get this back to me - took several days to respond to let me know if they were there, and on nudging about the tracking details I still haven't heard back, it's now been a number of weeks. The apartment has a lot of potential due to the location and style - there is just some basic functionality work that needs to happen

10 / 10

It is perfect for both solo travelers and small families, as the apartments have a kitchen and several sleeping places.

The apartment was very cozy, plenty of space, had its own kitchen, was very warm, self check-in. It's right next to the center, but on a very quiet street.

Excellent location at a reasonable price.

Great location, amazingly spacious. Very well-equipped kitchen (including a spacious fridge/freezer). Heating worked well. The separate upstairs seating area would be a great facility for a longer stay (we were only there for one night). Great shops, restaurants, and all the major sights of Citta Alta only a few minutes' walk away.

Conhecemos tudo a pé.

Cama muito macia e baixa, prefiro colchão mais firme.

Great location, good contact, neat and unique house.

A bit too hot, but there were two fans available.
