One of the best 4-star hotel I have been in. Location is great, rooms are comfy and have a nice view, the price was good, the breakfast very good and the stuff very polite. The restaurant of the hotel one of the best spots for meat. We loved it.

Great location near Rossio metro and train station and a walking distance from the very centre.
Nice design hotel, big room, quiet at the pedestrian street, next to many shops and restaurants one of which in the hotel (Cafe San Bento).
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Good breakfast.
There was no place to put one's make-up stuff in the bathroom.

The hotel has a great location, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, the breakfast buffet was quite limited, and the variety of options could be improved.
