We loved the beautiful view from the balcony, the overall setup, the kitchen, the seating area, the bedroom, and the bathroom. The place felt like a one-bedroom apartment, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We also appreciated that everything we needed was provided, including an iron and a washing machine. The location was convenient, especially because it was close to the mall.
There were a few things we did not enjoy during our stay. The microwave kept showing an error that we could not fix, which meant we were unable to warm up our food. The air conditioning was also an issue. We were not comfortable with the door key, as it looked quite easy to break, which raised some concerns about security. Additionally, reception took quite some time to check us in.
We recommend that the microwave and air conditioning be checked, that the door key and lock be assessed for security, and that the check-in process be improved to avoid unnecessary delays for future guests.

"The location was perfect for the romantic getaway I had planned. There was a shopping center right opposite. Everything was just perfect."
