The staff is awesome and super attentive. We couldn't ask for a better service. The place is also gorgeous.
All the rooms are a little different, which is great and charming. However that also means that it is a bit hard to tell which one you will get 😅 In our case, we booked one with mountain view but it was on the first floor so we couldn't really see the mountain (still a nice view to the park surrounding the castle).
The bathroom was old, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and there was no window so it was full of humidity, also no place to hang the wet towel in the bathroom. I would say it needs an upgrade.
