Communication with the agency managing the apartment was excellent and prompt. The apartment is clean and well-equipped (we only used the coffee machine; we didn't eat or cook in the apartment). The location is good, close to shops, bus and metro stations.
After a day of walking around the city, climbing the stairs to the loft—and then the additional set of steps leading into the loft area itself—might feel a bit tiring. If you are a bit taller, you might find the lowered ceiling uncomfortable in some places.

The place was very clean and comfortable. It looked like there was a real effort made to make it very pretty and welcoming. I appreciated that. Not too far from shops and from the center of Paris. The area had nice restaurants
I didn't like that it was extremely hot and we couldn't get the loft to cool down. There was a portable aircon thankfully but that wasn't enough. We couldn't sleep from the heat. Also mozzies. Any other time of the year it'll be an absolute great place to stay but not for summer. Also if you are very tall you really need to watch out. The walk to the station was considerable but ok.

Pequeño pero bien aprovechado y con buenas instalaciones.
El baño, y en especial la ducha, estaba muy bien.
Supermercados y otros comercios cercanos.
¡La sorpresa de que no había ascensor! Subir a una buhardilla con las maletas es agotador, aunque no imposible 😁.
Demasiado pequeño y techos abuhardillados muy bajos. Muy incómodo para personas altas.
No tiene una habitación dormitorio como dice el anuncio. Es todo un mismo espacio separado por un biombo. Solo el baño está en un espacio independiente con puerta.
El suelo, de madera, hace mucho ruido al andar. Al ser un loft, si alguien va al baño de madrugada despierta al resto.
Poca flexibilidad para el check in y check out. Check in demasiado tarde (a las 17:00 h), aunque finalmente nos permitieron entrar con antelación, lo cual agradecimos.
Para el check out, a las 11:00 am ya estaban llamando a la puerta. Salimos 5 minutos después algo estresados.
Persiana rota en la cubierta.
Demasiada burocracia para la identificación de los huéspedes y la fianza de 150 €.
No nos gustó la zona donde estaba ubicado. Además, está a 30 minutos, mínimo, de Notre Dame en metro.
