Location and cleanliness of the place. Response from Host.
Tube runs right under the building. Accommodations were on the first floor so it disrupted sleep.

Cassie, the host, is very nice and gives prompt replies. The place is at an excellent location, very nice, comfortable, well equipped and clean. It’s a great value for the price.
The only downside I can think of is that because it is quite close to the tube station, you could hear the subway when it was passing by, which could get a bit loud.
