We stayed at this property for 6 days. It is somewhat close to Monash University’s Clayton campus, though not very close. However, it is quite far from Melbourne city, which can be inconvenient if you plan to visit the city frequently.
The key collection process was inconvenient, as it required filling out a form in one of the apps and uploading a photo ID. This also required an internet connection, either through mobile data or Wi-Fi. Because the instructions were provided only upon arrival, accessing the keys could be difficult if internet access was unavailable.
The property is also quite far from the main city, and there are limited food options nearby, especially at night. On two occasions, we were unable to get dinner because we arrived at around 8:30 PM from a day tour, and all the food outlets in the nearby M-City Mall were already closed.
