Avoid this location if you can, the property management company is terrible.

The apartment was clean and well -organized and is in a great location for easily getting to and from train stations and the metro. While the size of all of the rooms is tight, it is fine for people who don't plan on spending a lot of time in the apartment.

(1) The property is advertised as having 2 bathrooms; however, in actuality, it has 2 showers but only 1 toilet, which was a problem considering there were 6 of us. (2) When we arrived on Thursday, we dropped our bags and left. Upon returning that night, we discovered we had no hot water. I messaged the management company first thing Friday morning to tell them about the issue and did not get a response for 12 hours. Then, over the course of the next 24 hours, we received 5 separate messages asking us to look for, and send pictures of, various utility items in the apartment (water heater, water taps, electrical panel, etc.). We made it clear to them multiple times that we searched the entire apartment and could not find the water heater. Nonetheless, they continued to ask us to search. On Saturday night (around 8:00pm) we came home to find a technician in the apartment; he too had issues locating the water heater, which ended up being behind a board that was drilled into the wall. Because they waited so long to send out a technician, he couldn't fix it that night and ultimately the problem wasn't resolved until Sunday afternoon. Having gone 3 full days with no hot water, it seemed reasonable to me that we should have been offered some kind of discount (even if it was only a small amount), but the management company's response was essentially, "sorry, we'll consider your feedback in the future" (??). I understand that things happen, but it was the management company's handling of the situation that was completely unacceptable. Their delayed response, followed by repeated requests for us to look for a water heater that was, in fact, completely inaccessible, caused us to go 3 days (of only a 5 day stay) with no hot water. I highly recommend avoiding this management company/property at all costs.

Great location, but some issues

Great location within 3 courtyards, private access from street. Very well situated, near Gare De L'est and handy also for Gare du Nord. Spacious.

No response to our specific questions. Both bathrooms had power sockets which didn't work. Background machinery noise in one bedroom, not loud, but intrusive if you are a light sleeper. No instructions for cooking facilities.

Great location within 3 courtyards, private access from street. Very well situated, near Gare De L'est and handy also for Gare du Nord. Spacious.

No response to our specific questions. Both bathrooms had power sockets which didn't work. Background machinery noise in one bedroom, not loud, but intrusive if you are a light sleeper. No instructions for cooking facilities.
