The location and layout of the property were excellent

Apartament jest naprawdę duży i całkiem dobrze wyposażony. Jest trochę naczyń kuchennych, dodatkowych ręczników, żelazko. Jeśli chodzi o czystość - było zgodnie z oczekiwaniami, mieszkanie i sprzęty trochę zużyte, ale nie jest to jakiś duży problem.
Z balkonu widać kawałek morza, a do łódek płynących do Valetty jest 10 minut powolnym spacerem.
W dniu przyjazdu dostałam jasne instrukcje jak trafić do mieszkania i gdzie znajdują się klucze- wszystko było zgodnie z przekazanymi informacjami. W lodówce czekała na nas zimna woda mineralna, pościel była czysta, w szafach sporo miejsca na ubrania.
Nie da się zamknąć balkonu- zamek od drzwi jest zepsuty. Zgłosiłam to pani obsługującej moją rezerwację, natomiast po krótkim kontakcie przestała mi odpisywać i nie pomogła rozwiązać problemu - musiałyśmy na noc blokować drzwi krzesłem, bo czułyśmy się niezbyt bezpiecznie (mieszkanie jest na 1 piętrze przy ruchliwej ulicy).
Druga sprawa- pierwszego dnia miałyśmy zimną wodę. Poprosiłam o pomoc także w tej sytuacji- nie mogłam znaleźć żadnych włączników do boilera, nie wiedziałam, z czego wynika problem. Tu również nie otrzymałam odpowiedzi. Zatem obsługa apartamentu niestety nie była dla mnie zadowalająca, zostałam zignorowana.
Uważam też, że apartamenty na wynajem powinny mieć podstawowe kosmetyki (szampon, żel pod prysznic) - tu niestety tego zabrakło. Na koniec- suszarka jest bardzo słaba, wysuszenie nią długich włosów jest praktycznie niemożliwe, polecam zabrać swoją własną.

Great location and beautiful views, although it can be a little noisy in the evenings. The apartment is well equipped.
The apartment itself was quite decent, but the main issue was the balcony doors, which could not be closed properly. We informed the owners, who assured us that someone would come on Monday to fix them. Someone did come, but simply forced the doors shut. When we opened them again that evening to use the balcony, the same problem returned and we could no longer close them.
The owners’ reassurance that “nothing had ever happened in Malta” did little to put us at ease. We felt uncomfortable sleeping with the balcony doors open. This also let in more noise, which could be heard even in the bedroom, despite it being quite far from the balcony.
The entrance also urgently needs better lighting. After dark, it felt unwelcoming and a little scary. We walked past twice because we didn’t even realise it was the entrance to the apartment.
I hope these issues are addressed soon, as the apartment has the potential to be a really lovely place to stay.
