Utmärkt läge, ljust och trevligt boende. Det var gott om toapapper och tvål, rena lakan och handdukar. Tyst läge för att vara mitt i stan.
Det luktade riktigt illa i trappuppgången och i lägenheten luktade det klor innan det vädrade ut, men det var riktigt rent. Det var dubbeltäcken istället för 4 enkla vilket skapade lite osämja mellan våra barn. Kuddarna var lite hårda. Det saknades saker i köket. Bara tre gafflar och tre assietter.

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, en plein cœur de Londres, avec tout à proximité. L’appartement était propre, suffisamment spacieux pour deux personnes et disposait d’une cuisine bien équipée avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour de six nuits.
L’appartement se trouve au troisième étage sans ascenseur, avec un escalier relativement étroit, ce qui n’est pas très pratique avec des valises. Le lit pourrait être plus confortable. L’appartement est également un peu bruyant, mais cela reste compréhensible compte tenu de sa situation en plein centre de Londres.

Le scale condominiali sono sporche e con odore sgradevole. La finestra del bagno non rimane aperta perchè probabilmente rotta. Le piastre ad induzione probabilmente hanno un limitatore di corrente oppure non funzionano bene perchè hanno pochissima potenza e quindi grosse difficoltà per cucinare. Vi è presente un tostapane ma appena acceso è partito l'allarme fumi (quello funziona). Purtroppo abbiamo trovato lenzuoli macchiati e federe bucate. Cuscini pessimi da cambiare. Essendo 3 ospiti abbiamo trovato soltanto 4 asciugami da viso da usare anche per la doccia. Abbiamo chiesto per email più volte chiarezza per accendere l'unico calorifero che si trova in bagno ma non siamo stati capici ad accenderlo (guasto?). Nessun obbligo ma soltanto cortesia per gli ospiti normalmente nella cucina si dovrebbero trovare le basi (olio, sale, zucchero ecc...) e soprattutto avendo trovato una macchina del caffè dolcegusto è stato difficile e impossibile trovare quelle capsule a Londra: da cambiare e mettere una Nespresso.
Sinceramente per la location e per il prezzo richiesto mi aspettavo qualche attenzione in più.
