Goede uitvalsbasis voor o.a. Europa Park

Uitstekende locatie op slechts paar minuten van Europa Park. Wij (3 personen ) hadden de bovenste etage met 3 slaapkamers, woonkeuken en douche/toilet. Slaapkamer 1 heeft 3 bedden. Nr. 2 heeft 2 bedden en nr. 3 heeft 1 bed. Allen met eigen koelkast. Bedden sliepen heerlijk.

De schuine dakramen werken niet optimaal maar vooral geen gordijnen op de ramen. Nu was dat in ons geval niet echt een probleem daar we altijd savonds laat daar verbleven als het al donker was.

Finger weg von dieser Wohnung. In diesem Zustand wird der Aufenthalt definitiv kein angenehmer sein.

Die Lage war gut erreichbar und die Schlüssel konnten wir auch einfach erhalten. Ansonsten gibt es wenig Gutes über die Wohnung zu sagen. Ein vielleicht noch erwähnenswerter, positiver Aspekt wäre, dass der Vermieter relativ (aber auch nur relativ) entgegenkommend war, als wir um eine Teilrückerstattung des Buchungspreises mit ihm verhandelt haben, weil die Wohnung in einem katastrophalen Zustand war (mehr dazu bei den negativen Aspekten).

Vielleicht sollte man damit beginnen, dass die Bilder, die online inseriert sind, zu zwei Wohnungen im gleichen Gebäude gehören: der Wohnung in der mittleren Etage und der Dachgeschosswohnung. Ungefähr 75 % dieser Bilder entstammen dabei der Wohnung in der mittleren Etage und geben definitiv nicht den Zustand der DGW angemessen wider. Des Weiteren hat man als buchende Person keinen Einfluss darauf, welche Wohnung man bekommt, oder zumindest ist das Inserat so irreführend, dass man leicht verwechseln kann, welche Wohnung man am Ende bucht. Was uns zuallererst negativ aufgefallen ist, war der Zustand des Treppenhauses. Mal abgesehen davon, dass es darin gestunken hat, als säße man in einem Aschenbecher, waren auch die Handläufe in der obersten Etage nicht abgedeckt und der offene Sicherungskasten nur durch ein Regal mit Gerümpel darin abgedeckt. Die Wohnung selbst wurde online mit Balkon inseriert, wofür wir auch bezahlt hatten, besaß aber am Ende exakt gar keinen. Die Fensterscheiben in den Zimmern waren teilweise gerissen, teilweise mit Müllsäcken abgeklebt und ein Fenster fiel beim Versuch, zu lüften, beinahe komplett aus seiner Halterung heraus. Die Küchenschränke waren voller Bohrlöcher, als wären sie x-mal an Wände an- und wieder abgeschraubt worden, manche Küchenstühle sind beim Sitzen (nicht beim Wackeln oder sonst was, beim Sitzen!) beinahe auseinandergefallen, weil die Dübel nachgegeben haben, die Spülmaschine war defekt und eine Küchenlampe hing schräg vom Wandschrank herab, weil sie nur mit etwas Klebeband befestigt worden war. In den Zimmern sahen die Schrankleisten teilweise aus, als hätte sie jemand vor Wut eingetreten, in der Wohnung gab es offene Steckdosen und im Bad auch noch Löcher in den Wänden. Toilettenpapier und Handtücher wurden uns zwar im Übermaß zur Verfügung gestellt, dafür aber nicht ein bisschen Handseife. Außerdem war der Duschabfluss mitten im Bad. Beim Duschen hat man also immer auch etwas das Bad geflutet.
