We had a wonderful trip as a family of 2 adults and 2 older teenagers. Property was lovely, very clean, everything you needed for a comfy stay. Pool was great, very quiet, though no parasols by the pool (host was great and paid for one for us) Location is brilliant , super close to the Yumbo centre but also very little noise at night. Easy access to the beach, shops and bus stops. Fantastic host, very responsive to any questions we had and helped when needed.
One more frying pan would be useful. The twin beds could have been more comfortable. Lack of parasol bases round the pool may be an issue in peak months.

Apartment was immaculate, all the extras included which was great. Beds super comfy, shower powerful, everything about the apartment was brilliant.
The only negative we had was not being able to leave our luggage anywhere. The property owner let us keep our luggage in the room till 2 which was great but we really did need a luggage room as our flight was not till late evening. It was quite stressful with my mum who needs a mobility scooter and trying to carry luggage till pick up. That was the only down side.

Good location and well equipped apartment.
Provided all cleaning products and laundry detergent. Some coffee capsuals were available too. Nice bottle of wine and chocolate were a lovely surprise too.
A small but significant point. Despite being well equipped the apartment did not have a sharp kitchen knife for preparing food and vegetables. Would have been helpful to have some Salt and pepper too.

The apartment was lovely and bright.The distance from the beach was fantastic and also the yumbo centre for going to the shops and restaurants. The mercadona was a short walk away and a very cheap taxi ride back with the heavy stuff. The quick response about the Internet query was also appreciated.
the pool, im not exaggerating when I say that there was literally hundreds of broken tiles within the pool itself. My youngest was able to collect them from the bottom of the pool there were that many. There has obviously been an attempt at patching up some bits up, however there is a lot of areas that you can see and feel the grout and the material below it. Some of the grout is missing between some tiles that are still attached to the pool however with the missing grout I actually caught my toe on the edge. That was also as far as I was able to use the pool as it felt dirty especially with the tiles missing. Out of our party of 4, only one of us was prepared to use the pool. The broken tiles on the path leading to the pool and the loose coping stones of the small walls made it feel like the place wasn't maintained very well.
* the beds are not particularly comfortable, especially the single beds in the smaller bedroom. Teenagers can usually sleep in the most awkward of places, however both have complained about the beds being uncomfortable and having sore backs.
* the smell of the drains coming from the bathroom. More noticeable in the morning and after coming back to the apartment after being out. However one evening was particularly bad that it was actually disturbing us while watching the TV.
* on the reviews previously left it says that you dont hear the noise from nearby entertainment. I guess thats only true if you're able to sleep through a war as we could definitely hear the entertainment and was often disturbed by it into the early hours.
