The property was in a great location to get to everything including the beautiful Cathedral.

I would say the restaurant was good but they were short on staff so it was very slow service.

Room and bed were lovely. Good location

Breakfast was chaos. Staff worked hard but not enough staff. They couldn’t replenish the food quick enough or clean tables. Loads of tables with food/dishes left on and had to ask for items due to clear staff shortage.

Modern and clean in good condition

Windows opened only a crack with very heavy curtains so almost impossible to get fresh air into the room which was exceedingly stuffy. We should be designing these spaces so that aircon is not needed when fresh air is available. No eco thinking in the design. This was disapointing.
