The staff was so helpful and organized our luggage transport as well. the onsen including the outdoor pool was fantastic and i loved our hotel room with a really comfortable bed and a relaxation area with tatami. The shoe less hotel felt really welcoming and relaxing. Have in mind that the hotel is right next to a busy street but the windows are with soundproofing.
The location is just a short walk from the station, combini and bakery just around the corner. We traveled with our two kids and they appreciated the nearby park with a playground, too.

Everything was great. Our first time staying at a fully shoe-less hotel. Beds were very comfortable, the hotel is elegant, staff very professional. Loved the sentou on the top
floor. Lots of places to eat around. Big bonus for on-site parking.

靴を脱いで館内にはいるのばととても良いと思いました。館内に清潔感があります。スリッパ無しで畳風の廊下を歩くのは家の中のようでで心地よかったです。
