Nothing
I would like to request a full refund for my reservation because the accommodation listing was misleading and caused a very serious problem.
The location provided in the Booking.com reservation was incorrect. When I arrived, the address was a private family home, not the accommodation I had booked. I parked my car and waited there for more than two hours because I believed I was at the correct location.
Eventually, the owner of the private house came outside and asked why I was still there. I showed him my Booking.com reservation, but he explained that this was his private home and that many guests come there by mistake because the address on Booking.com is wrong. He said the accommodation is not located at that address. The situation became very stressful, and he even called the police because I was waiting on his private property.
Because of the incorrect location provided in the listing, I was unable to check in and could not use the accommodation I paid for. This experience caused me significant inconvenience, stress, and wasted time.
I am requesting a full refund because the listing is misleading and the accommodation could not be accessed using the address provided. I also ask Booking.com to investigate and correct this listing so that other guests do not experience the same problem.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
