We liked that the Trullo was in a very good location with an easy place for parking especially when travelling with a small car, the view of the terrace was amazing!, there was enough coffee capsules for the machine, the house itself is very cozy to stay in and feel like actually living in a Trullo which makes the experience in Alberobello more unique, the woman was very kind to us and answered always even walked in the rain to come for the welcomming
Unfortunately, we went there in the middle of October and the day we arrived was extremely rainy. Because of that our clothes were all wet and we were freezing , including our kids that were with us. There was NO proper heating in the house and the child got sick the first night because of that. The whole furniture is in desperate need for repairs and renewing : 1) the sofa leg is broken and when someone (even the child) sits on it it breaks , the same goes for the chairs, the table is barely able to open , 2) the AC in the bedroom on the ground floor was believed to have heating, but it wasnt working and the AC in the living room worked only as a fan - so the whole ground floor had no heating (there was central heating that barely helped on the cold days!) , 3) there was no mop left and the Trullo had holes everywhere so when it was raining water was coming from everywhere and we had to walk in wet spots and dirt because of it and couldnt clean it! 4) We asked for extra pillows and blankets because there was only BEDSPREAD! left on the bed and it turned out they dont have any extra blankets.... 5) Very rude response from the man , believed to be owner, for when we asked for help with the heating : ,,you can dry your clothes in the sun" , 6) the place was not cleaned well at all : there were spots on the sheets on the bedroom on the 2nd floor, there was a lot of dirt in the corners of the bathroom , we found napkins and other things from previous people behind the sofabed in the living room , 7) No spices or anything to use in the kitchen left for a normal stay, at least salt and pepper ....

good location, spacious apartment with good airoc on the top bedroom and comfortable kitchen.
no aircon in either ground floor bedroom, one single room downstairs had constant light coming in from the ceiling, toilet seat broken as well as shower glass door unable to move.
