Everything…location, cleanliness, & especially the staff…morning & night staff…’the best’…very accommodating & helpful. Also the staff working in the hotel restaurant…the best!
Our towels looked ‘tired’…time to be replaced with better quality towels.
10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Location was great. We were able to walk to all the major world famous site seeing structures. Great places to eat. Room was very clean and service was excellent. Our hosts Ms. Beatrice N'Dri and Mr. Alvaro Melano were wonderful, helpful and always have a smile on their faces. I have nothing to complain about L'opale Noir. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect! The Staff were attentive and Beatrice was amazing; kind, sweet, smart and multilingual!!
The property was lovely; appreciated the artistic decor; however the room could use brighter lighting and a small comfortable chair perhaps. The bathroom tub with a top fixed shower would have been nice. And some hooks to hang towels. Tall tub was hard for short older lady to use.
