Enjoyed our stay, but next time we'll choose a ground-floor apartment with an outside sitting area.

Nice clean, modern flat with good facilities and a great view, in the centre of Gordon's Bay and right on the beach.

No outside sitting or braaiing space. No balconies to speak of and the communal braai area is unappealing.

Please note that this exceeds the permitted occupancy for the property. This serves as a formal warning. The additional guests who are not included in the original booking must vacate the property immediately. We kindly ask for your cooperation in resolving this matter without delay. Integrity is a principle I take very seriously, both personally and professionally, and I find it troubling that conclusions were drawn based on unverified claims rather than direct engagement with me. It is both unfair and disheartening that accusations were accepted without first giving me the opportunity to clarify or for you to personally assess the situation. I strongly believe that, before issuing any formal warning, due diligence should be conducted to ensure that the facts are accurate and substantiated. If there are concerns about the number of occupants in the apartment, I encourage you to take objective steps to verify this information. For instance, you may install cameras where appropriate or request access to municipality footage, which would clearly confirm whether the claims being made are valid. I have nothing to hide and fully support any fair and transparent investigation into this matter. As someone who is also involved in the property business, I operate with the same standards of fairness and respect that I expect from others. I would never engage in conduct that I would not tolerate in my own properties.

This is just a lovely apartment it has everything you need and the tiny details are so adorable from the little record player coasters to the cute paintings. It’s a comfortable space with everything you might need and they were so kind to provide coffee, tea, risks and even cappuccino sachets. My only regret is that I didn’t book a longer stay
