The apartment is in a great location right next to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the shower room was adequate. They provide towels and bedlinen which is good. There are plenty of places to eat and supermarkets nearby. The buses run regularly . You can get a bus into Torrevieja quite easily.
Communication with the owners was reasonable, even though all of the issues were not resolved.
We thought we had booked the apartment with a roof terrace and lounge area, but it was not that apartment when we got there. It is misleading on the advert. The wooden stairway down to the apartment was broken and dangerous. There is no comfortable lounge area just a table and stools in the kitchen area. We had to buy our own mugs. There are no sun loungers provided. I have suggested they provide both. Especially the comfortable seating in kitchen for when the weather is bad. We lost internet after 2 days and didn't get it back. The fridge door can only be partly opened due to the position of the wooden breakfast bar.
