A horrible experience, with poor hygiene, bedbugs, and absolutely no customer service.

Only the location.

The accommodation was dirty and extremely dusty, and the toilet was broken. However, the worst part was finding bedbugs in the mattresses! I was bitten all over my body. We requested a room change, but our request was completely ignored, and we never received a response. The staff were unhelpful and showed no concern whatsoever. You cannot rely on them for assistance, even in serious situations. The lack of cleanliness and the complete disregard for guests’ well-being are unacceptable. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The flat made my stay in London very easy.

Wonderful position and good amenities. Great to have a washing machine. Quiet and I loved the rooftop space.

9 / 10

A cute place for having great time !

Very nice accommodation. Good value for money. Felt safe.

I only was missing a salad bowl.

9 / 10

Cosy and strategic hideaway for exploring the city and the surrounding.

Great location. Quiet and calm place. There was everything I needed. Nice decoration. Very pleadant and polite communication. Very clear instructions.

I missed the first night because of the airport services global collapse and was not refunded. Then I payed for an extra night as extra booking because I was not able for some reason to manage the existing one. This way I was charged for cleaning twice and was not actually provided with this service. A bit disappointed how this matter turned out.

Fantastic location, quiet neighborhood and an absolute hit: a roof terrace available!

Since the apartment is very small (it's a feature, not a complaint :) ), it is quite uncomfortable and, above all, it is difficult to ventilate it properly (despite the window being constantly open)
