About this house rental
The Seemannsruh vacation home in Jonsdorf is located on one of the highest inhabited hills in the town and is an ideal starting point for wonderful hiking and biking tours. The small Jonsdorf grocery store, the bakery, the tourist information office, and several good restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.
There’s room for everyone in our vacation home—a cozy spot for a family gathering or even hiking and biking groups. In total, up to 16 people can sleep in 5 bedrooms and on 2 double couches. On the upper floor, “Jonsberg,” there’s a large dining table with room for everyone.
In addition to the bedrooms, each floor also has a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen, forming a self-contained unit: “Jonsberg” on the upper floor for up to 6 people, “Märchenwiese” on the middle floor for up to 4 people, and “Bimmelbahn” on the first floor for up to 6 people.
Outside, there are 2 large terraces with furniture for the entire group, as well as a built-in grill and a beer set for outdoor seating.
The secure bike storage room on the first floor of the house has 4 charging stations for e-bikes. In the property’s parking lot, you can use the charging station for electric cars for a fee.
The prices listed here apply to summer occupancy of the house. The security deposit is 500 €, which is not included in the price listed on this portal. For an additional 11 € per person, we can provide you with linen packages containing bed linens and towels.
The municipality of Jonsdorf charges a visitor’s tax of 2.90 € per day per adult and 1.45 € per day per teenager. Children under 5 are exempt. This visitor’s tax is not included in the price listed on this portal and will be charged separately.
