About this house rental
Welcome to our lovingly furnished vacation home high above Lake Garda—a place to take a deep breath, relax, and unwind.
Our bungalow is located in the charming “Villaggio di Sunclass” in Tignale at an elevation of about 600 m and offers a wonderful combination of tranquility, nature, and breathtaking views.
🏡 The Vacation Home
Our detached bungalow (approx. 60 m²) is ideal for couples and families of up to 4 people:
2 bedrooms:
• 1 double bed
• 1 bunk bed
Bathroom with shower/sitting bathtub, sink, and toilet
Cozy living/dining area with couch, TV, dining table, and pellet stove
Large panoramic windows, some with views of Monte Baldo and the lake
Modern kitchen, fully equipped:
Large refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, SodaStream, and much more
Large, partially covered terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers, grill, hammock, and awning
Fenced-in garden—ideal for children

🌿 The vacation resort – Villaggio di Sunclass
A quiet, family-friendly resort with plenty of recreational opportunities:
Heated communal pool (25 × 10 m) + children’s pool (May–September)
Sun deck with lounge chairs & umbrellas
Playground, trampoline, table tennis, outdoor chess, and much more
Small kiosk with snacks, ice cream, and drinks
Reception, washers, and dryers in the main building (for a fee)
Bread roll service during peak season
Here, children can play freely—and adults can truly unwind.
