We loved the property and the setting was amazing. It was a perfect place for a relaxing mountain getaway with family. Close to hiking, rafting, and all the outdoor activity the Arkansas river valley had to offer.The rooms were setup well, the patio/deck, fire pit, and open spaces were on point and a blast for all ages. We did have a larger group and had some issues with water supply, possibly amplified by a wild fire in the area lowering the water table. The host was quick and responsive with tips and ideas to help getting the water pressure up. If you have a larger group would recommend bringing so water with you to supplement the well system, I prefer to be safe on those things. Overall great experience and would return.

The entire transaction was great. The house was outstanding. The view from the porches of the night sky was so clear. My family enjoyed everything. We had no complications and we will book again. Big thanks to Joel, he took care of us every step and the communication was fast. Thank you again!!
