Kia Ora and Welcome to our beautiful home, with amazing views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range.

This property is large and spacious, featuring an open-plan living and dining area where your whole family will fit. The lounge, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms offer breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables, and the majestic Southern Alps that can't be missed and are guaranteed to make breakfast and dinner spectacular.



The Space

A three-bedroom home set over two levels, in Fernhill, just above central Queenstown. The living areas look out to balcony view of Queenstown and The Remarkables Mountain Range.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms. Master bedroom on entry level, bedrooms 2 and 3 downstairs.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. Upstairs ensuite and downstairs main bathroom are both equipped with a standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, balcony access and Smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with ceramic cooktop, oven, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

Balcony: There is a balcony off the living room and another balcony downstairs off of bedrooms 2 and 3.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

This property is in the quiet scenic neighbourhood of Fernhill, which is roughly a 5-10 minute drive to town.

Distance from nearest supermarket: Four Square Queenstown, cnr Stanley & Shotover St — 3.1 km (On The Spot Fernhill Grocery is closer but is a convenience store, not a supermarket)

Distance from Queenstown Airport: 10.4 km

Distance from Queenstown Town Centre: 3.1 km

Distance from The Remarkables: 26.6 km

Distance from Coronet Peak: 19.0 km



Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: 30 stairs from parking to entry; 15 stairs to lower level.

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (180 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
