Location was incredible. The hotel staff was absolutely exceptional!! The amenities were absolutely top tier. The restaurants (two) inside the hotel were amazing and the food & drinks available were exquisite.

From the moment you walk into the reception and see the view and meet the exceptional staff you know you're in for a treat.
I loved the roof bar. The room was fabulous and so clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy.
I had the set dinner in anchor restaurant one night and the food was gorgeous.
The Japanese breakfast on 28th floor was phenomenal.
I've stayed in many hotels and this is in my top 3 for sure.
Nothing to dislike

Ubicación excelente, vistas desde la planta 26 maravillosas. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones buenas.
