They need to get their act together!

Relatively close to the cruise port and not far from the seawall.

If I could give a *zero-star* rating for this property I would. $105 cleaning fee per stay... floors were filthy (see photo of dirt on the bottom of a guest's socks). 10 AM checkout time is ridiculous, considering that check *in* time is 4 pm. When I asked the manager for an 11 AM checkout time (the norm for the hospitality industry) she declined. Gimme a break! At 10:01 am on checkout day, I got a text *that welcomed me to the home* - as if I had just arrived, *when I had just checked out!* The property required ID verification, which I did upon the first request. But I was sent *three* additional verification requests. When I questioned this, the property manager apologized each time *for any inconvenience*. Max capacity: eight adults. Yes... possible, but with the four bunk beds and one queen bed, it's more likely that the max capacity would be *six* adults. Speaking of the queen bed... the "fitted" bottom sheet came off. (see photo) Private bathroom: Interesting that the listing doesn't say that there's only *one* bathroom... barely enough for the four adults in our stay, but for *eight* adults? Gimme a break! Free toiletries? *one* quarter-sized "bar" of soap and one small shampoo and one small body lotion tube... for *eight* adults? Gimme a break! And *single-ply* toilet paper? Please! Property manager claimed there was "ample parking for five cars." Possible, if the street is included, but not in the single-wide driveway. The max number of cars that can be parked in that driveway is *three* - *IF* they are parked end-to-end. (See photo) Can you say "inconvenient?" But the most annoying part of our stay was that the address on Google Maps *was not even close* to the actual location *on three separate phones*!!! It took us about 30 minutes to locate the home.
