Overall, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives, though it really comes down to what you're looking for. The location is fantastic, and the communication and approach of the staff were exceptional - any issue we faced was resolved in a split second.
As for the drawbacks, daily housekeeping isn't part of the service. They will gladly replace towels and supplies upon request, but there is no full daily room cleaning. Also, I wouldn't recommend taking a room on the top floor, as you will hear every single seagull on the roof. Despite these minor things, we had a good stay, and it simply depends on your personal priorities.
