Beautiful and clean apartment in an easy location (all of my meetings were a quick Uber away). Plus I love the coffee shop downstairs — perfect way to start the morning before heading out to meetings.

Overall, the room was very clean, comfortable, and a great value. The building itself is also very clean, well-designed, and conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. It is also within a reasonable distance of Uptown and other local attractions. Based on the location alone, I would gladly stay here again.
The check-in process did not go smoothly. I was supposed to complete the registration and check-in process in advance, which I did at least five times. However, each time I had to resubmit the same information. I was also supposed to receive an access code by email or text to enter the building and access my room, but I never received it.
When I arrived, the front doors were locked, and I had to wait for someone to let me into the building. That person turned out to be a staff member, although it was not immediately apparent that they worked there. Initially, they did not ask if I needed assistance, but they eventually approached me and were able to help. They assisted me in obtaining the necessary access codes for the building and my room; however, the code still did not work for the door connecting the parking garage to the building.
The parking situation was also less than ideal. There is a small parking garage in the basement, but it is difficult to locate, and guests must pay each time they enter or exit. Other than the garage, street parking is the primary option, and finding a space was nearly impossible regardless of the time of day.
Because of these issues, I would not recommend staying here, nor would I return myself. It is unfortunate because the facility is otherwise very nice and offers good value. However, the check-in process and parking situation made the arrival experience far more stressful than it needed to be.
What concerned me most was the lack of after-hours support. Had there not been someone available to assist me when I arrived, I am not sure how I would have gained access to my room. There is no on-site staff available after hours, and the phone number provided only connects you to the maintenance technician. Otherwise, you can send a text message and hope someone responds. That is not an ideal situation when immediate assistance is needed.

Location was great and convenient to a very cool arts district and to downtown. The room was fine and comfortable.
No staff on site it seemed. Also, getting into the building was confusing and required someone to text us through what to do. There was no wifi available and regular cell service was terrible, so it made things like using the pay to park app very difficult (oh yeah, parking is extra).
